Commercial complex

Building project of several commercial premises located in Aywaille.
The covering assignment was entrusted to us by the general contractor Louwet.
The 900m² of the main flat roofing of the building were carried out in light grey Sika 15G membrane with 160mm EPS insulation.

To make the commercial façade stand out, the 480m² volume was, itself, insulated with 100mm PIR. Our teams laid a grey anthracite coloured seam Sika S membrane for a contemporary feel.
