This relatively large roof was completely renovated in three phases. Significantly, this renovation was carried out while ensuring that the normal business activity of all shops located underneath could be maintained. The operation was sensitive because of the risk of water infiltration during the renovation works. The result was full satisfaction for the client, with no reports of water ingress.

Polystyrene insulation, of density 20kg/m³, covered with a layer of 120gr glass and Sikaplan 15G waterproofing mechanically fixed to a cellular concrete support
