Renovation of an old sheet metal roof of 4495m².

Renovation part:

The client opted for the Sika PVC waterproofing membrane solution because of the homogeneity of the waterproofing, which they did not have with the old sheet metal roof.

We installed ESP 100m + SIKA 15G insulation over the existing sheets and insulated and renovated the entire gutters.

New part :

The new part of the building was built with a PE 0.2 mm vapour barrier, a 120mm PIR alu insulation and a SIKA 15G membrane mechanically fixed on a steel sheet support on a total of 1950m².
