Vert Buisson building

This apartment building belongs to a complex that also includes houses and villas.

The “Vert Buisson” project was designed to optimise the integration of buildings into the surrounding rural landscape and preserve the site’s distinctive lush setting.

Picard Construct, the company in charge of the construction of the building, entrusted us with the waterproofing of the roof and all its terraces. The project included 16 apartments, each with its own terrace.

Since the entire project for the complex was aimed at thermo efficiency, EPS insulation of 160 mm was fitted on the roof, while PIR insulation of 60 mm or 100 mm was selected for the terraces, depending on their location.
