Ile aux Oiseaux

A development of 73 low-energy residential properties and 20 low-energy passive houses for the Toit & Moi social housing trust in the Mons region. This project was launched in 2009 with Thomas & Piron as the main contractor. The roof material was Anthracite Sika-Trocal S, with PVC profiles placed onto 240 mm PIR insulation or sandwich panels.

During a second phase on the same site, we carried out works on a nursery and six additional buildings.
