Project description : RMS8 – PHONOTECH
New installations at the centre of the Plénesses for the RMS8 and PHONOTECH companies
The Louwet company is responsible for structural work, while the building’s cladding and roofing is being done by our crews.
Light grey cladding, in Promisol S1000 12cm thick sandwich panels from Arcelor, finishes all facades. 610m² of sandwich panels with 2 hour fire resistance separate the different halls that make up the building.
The roofing system meanwhile consists of a 106 steel tray, 200mm EPS insulation, 200mm rock wool on either side of the fire walls and a PVC SIKA 15G light grey membrane. A 730m² awning covered as well with a 15G membrane protects the building entrances
