Roof refurbishment

Brunswick Marine consulted us to analyze the condition of the roofing membrane and advise the company on the type of waterproofing to place, taking into account the placement of photovoltaic panels on a large part of the roof. We suggested to place 40mm PIR insulation and Sika 18G membrane waterproofing. We came to this conclusion after providing it with a heat loss calculation which determined that this investment in additional insulation would be amortized in more or less 5 years due to the relatively high ambient temperatures required inside the building.

In view of this short amortization period, the customer did not hesitate to entrust us with this insulation work in addition to the renovation of the waterproofing.
