Cladding and waterproofing near completion.
Cladding of this building was done with JI-wall 100 FC sandwich panels from Joris-Ide. Our crews have completed its installation and are currently busy laying the waterproofing on the last two units (2 and 3).
Since the beginning of September, we have begun the finishing phase: laying the caps on the roof parapets, laying the joint covers and drips on the cladding.
Inside the buildings we are also responsible for the fire breaks and fire resistant partitions.
This work is in the preparatory phase.
