Roofing renovation

Intradel, based in Herstal, engaged us to renovate their buildings.

Their aim was better insulation of the office area.

We therefore removed the existing old gravel roof, laid a 100 mm EPS insulation, fibreglass mat and lastly a mechanically-fitted 15G membrane.

For the depot-garage section, a steel roof-deck, geotextile and 15G membrane complex was used.

Membrane : Sika Trocal 1.5mm light grey
